Processing Time All orders at D's Signature Finds are custom made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Shipping Time Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Local (Jamaica): 3–5 business days
- Caribbean: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Fragile Item Handling All mirrors are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by carrier mishandling. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging at dsignaturefinds@gmail.com.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders Customers outside Jamaica are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
